FPT joined the CIO Summit 2019 in Sydney last week to discuss how enterprises can leverage Data Management and Analytics Capability to enhance operation and obtain sustainable competitive advantages.
According to IDC, over two-thirds of enterprises in Australia will be focusing in creating data management, analytics, and demonetization capabilities by 2020. The use of cognitive, AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics, while low today will start playing an important role in improving customer experience, operation efficiency and effectiveness, even resulting in new business model.
Joining the CIO Summit 2019, FPT also hosted an Exclusive Breakfast Roundtable for C-level representatives from large firms in Australia. Representing FPT, Mr. Quang Tran – Head of FPT Digital Innovation Unit – led the panel discussion on “Turning Data into Insights – Building Data Management & Analytics Capability”, alongside with Ms. Jennifer O’Brien -Associate Editor, CIO, CMO and Computerworld, IDG Communications, and Ms. Emilie Ditton – AVP, Energy Insights and Manufacturing Insights, IDC Asia/Pacific. The session gathered opinions from decision makers on important subjects, such as How to overcome data-related challenges, What are some of the use cases or best practices to consider, How to incorporate new technologies such as cognitive and AI into the process of Logistics, Healthcare and Manufacturing industries, etc.
