In 2014, FPT became the first IT company in Vietnam to acquire a foreign IT company, RWE IT Slovakia
- Acquired RWE IT Slovakia - became the first Vietnamese IT company to conduct an overseas M&A deal.
- FPT Software crossed the US $100 million in revenue by end of 2013, and a 30% average growth rate since 2012.
2016
Inauguration Ceremony of FPT Complex in Danang, Vietnam
- FPT Complex was inaugurated in Danang.
- FPT Korea was established. FPT Japan became the first overseas branch to surpass US $100 million in revenue and was among top 70 IT companies in this market.

F-Ville 2 campus officially opened in Hoa Lac High-tech Park, Hanoi
- Partnered with 75 companies in the Fortune Global 500.
- F-Ville 2 Campus officially opened with a capacity for 5,000 employees.
- FPT Japan won a record contract of over US $35 million for ERP development.
2018
FPT Americas’ then leadership with the Intellinet team in 2018
- FPT bought a majority stake in Intellinet, expanding footprint in the American
market and elevating our digital transformation leadership.
- FPT Software was listed among top 40 IT companies in Japan.
2021
FPT Software’s leaders and employees were committed to supporting clients from Vietnam and overseas, despite Covid lockdown
- Since the beginning of the pandemic, we continued global office expansion and maintained positive growth in both revenue and profits.
- Reached US $500mil in revenue, with a 50% growth in the US market.
2022
FPT Americas opened its 10th office in the US in New York City, with the presence of Vietnam’s Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh
- Opened 10th office in the US in New York City.
- Partnered with 100-million-dollar customers for the first time.
- Achieved over US $800mil in revenue (third consecutive year with a growth rate of over 25%).
