Championing an AI-First Future
A key highlight of the event was the thought-leadership conference and exhibition, themed “Accelerating Transformation in the AI Era,” featuring 22 speakers from FPT and its global partners, including Microsoft, SAP, ITOCHU Corporation, among others. Forging Strategic Global Partnerships

FPT and ANA Systems’ strategic partnership is built on the companies’ collaboration starting in 2021
During the event, FPT signed a comprehensive strategic alliance with ANA Systems, the IT division of Japan’s largest airline group holding company ANA Group. The collaboration aims to drive innovation and bolster operational stability in the aviation industry, while fostering a collaborative ecosystem between Japan and Vietnam to enable tech, talent and cultural exchange.
The event also celebrated FPT's deepening collaboration with Chelsea Football Club, renowned for its excellence and winning legacy as recent champion of the UEFA Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup. The partnership is built on shared values between two industry leaders: pioneering spirit, unity, bravery, relentless pursuit of excellence, and a fierce winning mindset. Chelsea FC's appearance was accompanied by the iconic UEFA Champions League trophy, marking its second visit to Vietnam since 2014.
On the sidelines of the event, FPT and Microsoft co-hosted a Women in Tech forum featuring leaders from both companies alongside Boeing and Ernst & Young. Themed “Female Workforce Empowerment in the Age of AI”, the forum spotlighted women’s role in leading the charge of AI initiatives, and how companies can ensure AI is used in a beneficial way for everyone and create a more inclusive future.

FPT Software Chairwoman Chu Thanh Ha highlighted the evolving role of women in the IT sector over the past decades, and FPT’s sustained efforts to support their advancement. “In the early years, women made up only 11% of FPT University students, but that ratio has increased year by year to 23% today. At the company, women are also handling some of the most challenging roles, and they excel at them,” she noted.

“When women thrive in tech, the industry thrives. It is the right thing to do, and it's a strategic advantage - having those different voices. Companies with 30% or more female leaders can be 15% more profitable… So diversity is not nice to have. It's actually, it's an imperative,” said Microsoft Chief Partner Officer for Asia, Heather Gordon.
Event attendees also visited Hope School, an initiative driven by FPT’s leadership to provide education and care for children who lost their family members due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This reflects FPT's commitment to embracing technology for cultivating future-ready talent and driving long-lasting values towards a sustainable future for all, which has received significant support from FPT's global clients and partners.
