With a portfolio that includes over 20 subsidiary companies and more than 60 internal data sources, their data management system has become a convoluted network of outdated on-premise platforms, complicating both operational workflows and data management strategies.
To address these challenges, the company is embarking on a comprehensive transformation aimed at migrating its platforms to the cloud. Our client is a leading life insurer with operations in nearly 20 countries worldwide and a history of over 100 years. Nevertheless, the company had been experiencing stagnant revenue growth for three years due to operational inefficiencies caused by manual sales processes and low agent productivity, thus affecting customer satisfaction.
Striving to improve operations, our client has turned to FPT Software’s AI solutions, including Confidon for automating underwriting and claim processing, and AIDP – an AI-powered platform for agents. With our AI solutions, the company successfully increased underwriting efficiency by 600%, reducing the handling time to 2 seconds per policy. The insurer also managed to raise the straight-through-processing rate to 78% and have 100% policies issued online.
Our client is a multi-national transport group based in Singapore. The client has expanded significantly, operates in 12 countries, and has a global fleet of about 40,000 vehicles. However, the client faced significant challenges with their outdated monolithic system, resulting in slow performance, inaccuracies, and fragmented data. To address these issues, they sought to create a next-generation platform with advanced technologies and scalable solutions for better data management.
