Global technology corporation FPT recently signed a cooperation agreement with Chung Yuan Christian University (CYCU), one of Taiwan’s leading private universities, renowned for its training and research in engineering and technology, and FCC Partners (FCCP), one of Taiwan’s largest financial consulting firms. The three parties will collaborate in training, research, and developing high-tech human resources in the semiconductor sector.

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Truong Gia Binh, FPT Founder & Chairman, Mr. CY Huang, FCC Partners Chairman, and Dr. Chang Kwang-Cheng, President of CYCU. Under the agreement, the three parties will collaborate on key initiatives, including student and faculty exchanges, sharing of academic resources and publications, joint research projects, and other mutually agreed activities.

This tripartite partnership lays an important foundation for building a strong collaborative network, contributing to the training and development of a new generation of high-quality talent to support the sustainable growth of the semiconductor industry in Vietnam, Taiwan, and the broader region.

The three parties affirmed their long-term commitment to close cooperation, with the goal of creating meaningful value for students, educators, businesses, and society. The MoU was officially signed by Mr. Levi Nguyen, FPT Taiwan & FPT Thailand CEO, Ph.D Chao-Ming Fu, Dean of College of Semiconductor Technology, and Mr. Nathan Dang, Vietnam Market Manager, FCC Partners Inc.

Earlier, FPT Corporation signed an agreement with FCC Partners Inc. (Taiwan) to jointly establish the Vietnam Semiconductor Industry Development Investment Fund. The fund is designed to nurture high-quality human resources, attract foreign investment into the semiconductor sector, and support startups while fostering innovation, thereby contributing to the strong growth of Vietnam’s semiconductor industry. FCC Partners has also actively facilitated FPT’s connections with leading Taiwanese companies in semiconductors, finance, and high technology, reinforcing cross-border cooperation in advanced industries.
