The country produces over 57,000 IT graduates annually, supported by a network of 520 universities and colleges. The company’s 33,000 engineers across 30 countries form a robust global network delivering 24/7 support through offshore, onshore, and nearshore solutions, ensuring adaptability and localized expertise for industries like automotive, healthcare, and manufacturing.
“We work with customers through offshore, nearshore, and onshore models. In Vietnam, our large campuses in major cities house tens of thousands of software engineers. For onshore, 5,000 employees work directly in customer offices. Our nearshore centers in Costa Rica, Colombia, and Mexico serve customers in the US and Canada, while centers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania serve Europe. In Japan, our nearshore centers are located in Hokkaido, Okinawa, Fukuoka, Tochigi, Gunma, and other regions,” she explained.
