The rapid expansion of global digital banking highlights the dynamic nature of the banking industry. In line with their goal to enhance user experience, our client, one of Vietnam's largest banks in terms of total assets, market capitalization, and network, sought to revamp their website. To achieve this, they collaborated with FPT Software, a trusted partner. Over a span of five years, our client's website faced challenges such as unintuitive UI and UX design, as well as an ineffective Content Management System. To address these issues, FPT Software developed a well-structured website, resolved runtime errors, implemented robust security measures with Cloudflare, and integrated a scalable content management tool. The results were remarkable, with our client achieving an SEO score of 80/100, an 80/100 rating in Page Speed Insights Performance, an accelerated development process, and an enhanced customer experience with Sitecore, largely attributed to the responsive design of the website.
