One of Japan’s largest steelmakers partnered with FPT to develop a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to modernize operations and eliminate manual tasks. The new MES integrates all existing business processes while introducing features that automate workflows, streamline operations, and provide real-time data visibility. This helped the client reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance responsiveness to production demands.
