Our client is a global manufacturer and industrial supplier with a strong presence in the engineering and automotive sectors. The client needed to expedite the digital transformation in the back office by developing new tools. However, the client faced challenges with manual data consolidation using Microsoft Excel, poor UI design, and a lack of a comprehensive roadmap for application redesign. FPT addressed these issues by developing a new low-code application, creating a product roadmap, and fostering a digital culture for our client.
