The client is one of the largest title insurers in the United States, this client operates through a national network of company-owned offices, affiliates, authorized agents, and approved attorneys.

Business Need

  • Vietnam brokerage firms desired good management system including fully-auto or semi-auto sub-systems or IT tools that are able to support them to manage the company well.
  • Project scope: Full business lifecycle, full features including Cash/Securities Mgmt, OMS, CA, Margin & Loan Mgmt, Settlement, Trading Channels, Gateways.
  • Challenges: We had to develop from scratch with extremely high non-function targets. Another difficulty was the international working environment (VN, JP, India).
