On November 14th, as part of FPT Techday 2024, we were excited to host the AI Spotlight: Agentic Intelligence for the Next Era” event, organized by FPT Software AI Center. This session was a huge success, bringing together over 150 professionals from a variety of industries, offering deep dive discussions and live demonstrations, creating a dynamic platform to explore the cutting-edge advancements in AI agents and their transformative impact on business automation and software development. One of the standout moments was the introduction of CodeVista, a revolutionary solution developed by FPT Software AI Center, which offers real-time code optimization and generation powered by AI.
The AI Spotlight at Techday 2024 featured a series of groundbreaking keynotes that highlighted the transformative potential of AI across various domains.
Agent Factory – Agentic AI for Business Automation
Dr. Nguyen Xuan Phong, Chief AI Officer at FPT Software, kicked off the AI Spotlight with the first keynote on “Agentic AI for Business Automation”. He introduced the concept of “Agent Factory” - a revolutionary ecosystem designed to redefine business process automation. Interactive Session: CodeVista Speed Code Challenge
One of the most highlight moments of the AI Spotlight event was the live demonstration of CodeVista, FPT Software’s latest AI-powered coding assistant, presented by Mr. Tran Trong Thao, Project Manager at CodeVista. In a real-time coding challenge, CodeVista was tasked with modifying a game based on natural language prompts - such as adding new items, changing visuals, and fixing bugs.
As Mr. Tran Trong Thao guided the AI assistant through the tasks, the audience was captivated by the precision, speed, and efficiency of CodeVista. After the modifications, attendees had the opportunity to test the newly updated mini-game, providing them with a tangible experience of what AI agents can achieve in real-world scenarios.
This interactive session was a clear highlight of the event, showcasing the immense potential of AI to simplify complex coding tasks, accelerate development, redefine traditional workflows and improve overall productivity.
Agents Collaboration – Unlocking the Power of Vision Agents and Software Agents
The final keynote focused on the exciting future of AI agent collaboration. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Phong shared a compelling case study, where FPT Software’s software agent collaborated with a Vision Agent from one of our business partners. He demonstrated how different AI agents, drawn from various ecosystems, can work in tandem under human guidance to achieve a shared goal, solve complex problems and drive greater efficiencies.
