Global technology corporation FPT, through its subsidiary FPT China, has recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement (MOU) with Kingdee, one of China's leading software corporations. This partnership marks a significant milestone in both companies’ international expansion strategies while enhancing their competitive edge on a global scale.

Under the agreement, FPT will serve as Kingdee’s strategic partner in key domains, including System Integration (SI), Cloud Computing, Data Centers, and AI. Leveraging its deep technological expertise, FPT will provide end-to-end services, including consulting, solution implementation, maintenance, and ongoing optimization to ensure seamless deployment and maximize operational efficiency.
With a strong global presence spanning 86 offices across 30 countries and territories, FPT will support Kingdee in expanding its business beyond China. As part of this collaboration, FPT will provide top-tier talent, tailor solutions to align with market-specific demands, and establish a dedicated team of experts for global projects. Additionally, FPT plans to set up a training center in Southeast Asia to facilitate the adoption of Kingdee’s technologies.
Kingdee will work closely with FPT to strengthen its footprint in China by fostering knowledge transfer, technology training, and solution deployment capabilities. The synergy between FPT and Kingdee is expected to deliver breakthrough efficiency for enterprises by enhancing operational performance, optimizing costs, enabling timely and data-driven decision-making, scaling business operations with agility and elevating customer experiences, laying a solid foundation for digital transformation.
Both companies aim to expand their cooperation across key markets, including Southeast Asia (SEA), Northeast Asia (NEA), Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA), and the Americas. FPT and Kingdee will also collaborate on AI-driven services, establishing a data center (IDC) in Vietnam and building "AI factories" in Vietnam and Japan to accelerate the adoption of advanced AI solutions.
