Chu Thi Thanh Ha was appointed FPT Software Chairperson in March 2020. She is dedicated to improving diversity, equality and inclusion at work, and developing the company into an organization of compassion. Over nearly 30 years, she has held various management roles within FPT Corporation and its subsidiaries i.e. FPT Telecom, FPT Retail and FPT Software.

Ha played an important role in making FPT Telecom one of Vietnam's leading telecom and Internet services providers, and earned a Certificate of Merit from Vietnam’s Prime Minister for her contribution to the country’s Internet industry. She was recognized among the 50 most influential businesswomen in 2017 and Top 20 professional female managers by Forbes Vietnam in 2022.

In 2024, Ha received the Hall of Honor Award from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa’s Shidler College of Business for her exceptional business leadership and dedication to social contributions. She also earned ASOCIO’s top Women in Tech accolade for her influential contributions to the IT industry and community development.

Pham Minh Tuan started his career at FPT Corporation in 1996 after graduating from Ho Chi Minh City University of Science & Technology. In 1999, Tuan was appointed Technology Director of FPT India, taking the very first steps in realizing the company’s “Go Global” mission. From 2002 to 2010, Tuan contributed greatly in FPT Software's global presence expansion in key markets such as Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the U.S, and Europe, holding several managerial positions including Director of the Enterprise Solutions Unit, Managing Director of FPT Software Ho Chi Minh, and Vice President of FPT Software. Tuan also served as CEO of FPT Technology Solutions and then FPT Information System before returning to FPT Software as CEO in March 2018.

In March 2024, he was appointed Executive Vice President of FPT Corporation, responsible for promoting the corporation and its member companies' global business activities.

Dao Duy Cuong joined FPT Software in 2000 and was appointed as the Chief Digital Technology Officer (CDTO) in 2020. Prior to this appointment, he has taken on various managerial roles, including Vice Head of Global Delivery Unit and Chief Delivery Officer, and has made significant contributions to the company’s growth.

As CDTO, Cuong is responsible for building the digital transformation strategies for FPT Software and its clients. He has led the company's efforts to modernize IT systems and tools, and develop its skilled technical workforce to stay ahead in the industry.

Over a decades-long tenure, Do Van Khac has contributed greatly to the development of FPT Software and its overseas branches. He is now FPT Software's SEVP for Asia & Australasia markets and FPT Japan's Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to these roles, Khac held various management roles from 2014 to 2018, including FPT Software’s Chief Delivery Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief of Quality Officer and EVP. He made significant improvement on the delivery process & tool and workforce management through a series of programs and strategies that increase productivity and service quality. He was also FPT Japan's Chief Delivery Officer from 2018 to 2022.

Ha Minh Tuan was appointed as Chief Execution Officer of FPT Software Korea in January 2022. Joining the company in 2003, Tuan has held many management positions and delivered outstanding results in both revenue and workforce development.

His expertise focuses on digitalize systems for mid-tier and large organizations, including government agencies in which his responsibilities include technical evangelism, customer engagement, proof-of-concept mentoring, technical leadership to architecting the entirely solution with high agility. As FPT Software Korea’s CEO, he aspires to transform the company into leading ICT services provider, providing full cycle of software services and Digital solutions.

David Nguyen Tran Hung was appointed CEO of FPT Asia Pacific in 2018, following more than a decade driving the company’s growth through enhanced operations, sales, and delivery. Beginning his career at FPT Software in 2006, he started working as a Project Manager/Solutions Lead and, after two years, relocated to the newly opened Singapore office where he has grown to become a key member. He has taken on several leadership challenges, from looking after Service Delivery, Business Development, and Operations to building partnerships with organizations in both public and private sectors.

Hung played an important role in helping FPT Software win the contracts with top companies in the APAC region, many of which are listed in Fortune Global 500.

Phong Nguyen is currently Vice President and Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at FPT Software, leading the Center of Excellence in Generative AI. He has played an instrumental role in shaping the company's AI strategy. During his tenure, Phong has driven strategic partnerships, most notably with Landing AI in 2023, which brought renowned AI expert Andrew Ng on board for FPT's K12 program and the AI Alliance with FPT as one of the founding members, standing alongside Meta and IBM.

Recognized among the Top 150 AI Executives by Constellation, Phong holds advanced degrees from Carnegie Mellon and The University of Tokyo, complemented by research stints at renowned institutions such as Hitachi and Mila.

Prajith Nair is a visionary leader in corporate education and innovation, with nearly two decades of experience at global IT giants like Infosys and Hitachi, where he shaped scalable learning solutions that have impacted millions worldwide. As an inspiring educator and speaker, Prajith has addressed renowned global forums, including the World Economic Forum and Mobile World Congress.

With expertise in software development, product engineering, and edtech, he has transformed learning by integrating gamified programs, adaptive frameworks, and AI-driven talent platforms, creating training that is both engaging and industry-relevant. Assuming the role of Head of Learning and Innovation in January 2025, Prajith is poised to elevate FPT Software into a world-class learning institution and accelerate the company’s position as a global talent powerhouse.

Vu Tien Dat joined FPT Software in 2005 and has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout his career, including Director of Delivery Management and Director of FPT Software Delivery Unit in Da Nang, and Chief Delivery Officer, driving exceptional growth and productivity milestones.

As of January 2025, Dat assumes the role of Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing a wealth of delivery expertise and strategic insight. He spearheads the company's global workforce transformation, with a sharp focus on building large-scale project capabilities, fortifying its talent pipeline, and driving human resource strategies that propel FPT Software toward becoming a world-class organization.

Mark Scrivens was appointed CEO of FPT Software United Kingdom in 2024 as part of the strategic vision to strengthen the company's growth and expansion in the UK market. Mark brings vast expertise in securing mega deals and driving strategic expansion and business development initiatives with top-tier global IT firms. Before joining FPT Software, Mark was a Managing Director at DXC in the EMEA region focusing on strategy, and business growth for large complex multi-tower opportunities, particularly in financial services. He also held several senior management roles in Strategic Sales and Marketing, Financial Services, Business Solutions and Strategy, demonstrating his multifaceted expertise and leadership capabilities.

Dzung Tran is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience spanning various sectors, with a particular emphasis on BFSI, healthcare, logistics and automotive services. He has held various key roles across FPT Software, notably serving as Director of the FPT Software Ho Chi Minh City Strategic Unit. Under his leadership, the unit achieved remarkable milestones, including double growth every two years.

Having joined FPT for nearly two decades, Dzung consistently stood out among the company's top performers, earning recognition in 2012, 2016, and 2018, culminating in the prestigious Best Performer accolade in 2020.

In January 2024, Dzung Tran assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at FPT Software Europe, with a strategic vision to fortify the company's growth and expansion in this region.

As CEO of FPT Software France, Christophe Schwanengel is entrusted with the strategic mission of fortifying the company's foothold in the French market and diversifying its clientele in all industries, including Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Aviation & Aerospace, Logistics & Transportation, Manufacturing & Media while leading the company towards the goal of becoming France's top 50 IT company by 2028. He has more than 20 years of experience working in various senior positions worldwide. Before joining FPT Software, he served as Vice President of Sales at HCL, where he spearheaded numerous successes for its French branch, and as Business Development Director at CSC, playing a pivotal role in facilitating its expansion in the EMEA region.

Dang Tran Phuong is currently CEO of FPT Software Americas and SEVP for Europe, the Americas and the Middle East markets at FPT Software.

Phuong joined FPT in 2004 and has held numerous management positions in FPT Software’s Strategic Unit for the US market, and account manager for the company’s key accounts in aviation and logistics. In these roles, Phuong has contributed significantly to the sales growth and team expansion of the company.

In 2016, he became Chief Delivery Officer of FPT Software Americas (formerly FPT USA). Together with the former CEO of FPT USA, he has significantly contributed to the organization's restructuring. He was officially appointed as the Chief Executive Officer on September 1, 2017.
