To realize its ambition of becoming a global leader in veterinary imaging, the client’s Vet Business Division has set a strategic goal to dominate the domestic Practice Management System (PMS) market while differentiating itself from competitors.
The division is launching the Smart Vet Clinic Solution—a comprehensive platform that integrates the upgraded PMS 365 with the WAAL mobile pet diary. This solution is designed to help veterinary clinics enhance patient care, streamline operations, and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
The client plans to deploy the Smart Vet Clinic Solution to 2,000 clinics across Korea, significantly expanding its reach and unlocking new business opportunities.
What the Client Needed
