Global IT services provider FPT has been selected to enhance the digital channels of U Mobile, one of Malaysia’s leading telecommunications providers and the country’s newest 5G network provider, through the deployment of AI-powered solutions aimed at delivering smarter and more seamless customer experiences across the telco’s mobile and web applications.

The initiative will focus on strengthening U Mobile’s customer-facing digital channels, including its website and mobile application, to enable more intuitive user journeys, improved service accessibility, and faster, data-driven interactions. By combining FPT’s global delivery capabilities, AI expertise, and infrastructure with U Mobile’s digital platforms and customer engagement strategy, the effort will introduce enhanced automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities designed to improve overall digital service performance.

These enhancements are expected to deliver smoother digital interactions, more personalized self-service experiences, and faster online support, while improving operational efficiency through real-time insights and streamlined digital workflows.
