Global technology corporation FPT has officially become an Unreal Engine Service Partner, reinforcing its capabilities in developing advanced Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and digital cockpit solutions for automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

The Unreal Engine Service Partner Program connects customers with a vetted network of companies that have demonstrated technical expertise and professional experience with Unreal Engine. Partners undergo skills assessments and technical interviews by Epic Games, the creator of Unreal Engine, helping customers identify qualified providers for complex Unreal Engine projects.
As an Unreal Engine Service Partner, FPT will gain closer access to Unreal Engine innovation, technical expertise, reference architectures, and development best practices, thereby supporting FPT in advancing next-generation HMI solutions with richer real-time visualization, more immersive in-vehicle experiences, and greater flexibility throughout the development process.
FPT is strengthening this capability through an ecosystem that brings together Unreal Engine for real-time 3D experiences, Qualcomm Snapdragon automotive platforms, and FPT’s automotive software and integration expertise. This allows OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to explore new HMI concepts on target automotive platforms earlier, optimize software and hardware together, and shorten the path from concept and prototype to vehicle integration and production.
FPT’s focus extends beyond delivering richer visual experiences. As vehicle architectures evolve toward centralized computing and software-defined platforms, HMI increasingly needs to bring together graphics, AI, vehicle data, and cockpit applications while meeting stringent requirements for performance, functional safety, cybersecurity, and production scalability.
“The next generation of HMI will not be defined by graphics alone, but by how AI, vehicle intelligence and real-time experiences come together on increasingly centralized vehicle architectures. Our ambition is to help OEMs engineer that complete experience — from early concept through integration and production. Strengthening our Unreal Engine capabilities and broader automotive technology ecosystem is another step toward making FPT a long-term HMI engineering partner for global automakers,” said Nguyen Duc Kinh, FPT Software Executive Vice President and FPT Automotive Chief Executive Officer, FPT Corporation.
With two decades of automotive engineering experience and 5,000 automotive engineers globally, FPT is building end-to-end HMI capabilities spanning HMI software architecture and development, real-time 2D/3D graphics, UI implementation, hardware-software integration, performance optimization, and production validation. Supported by a dedicated automotive subsidiary established in 2023, FPT’s delivery capabilities are underpinned by international standards including ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, A-SPICE Level 3, and TISAX, reinforcing FPT’s role as a trusted partner in advancing next-generation mobility.
