As Japan faces an aging workforce and growing demand for digital talent, FPT recognized early on that education would be the key to maintaining sustainable growth. In recent years, FPT has expanded this vision by opening an education representative office in Japan and setting a goal of developing a workforce of 13,500 highly skilled, Japanese-proficient employees by 2027, reaffirming its commitment to talent development and academic cooperation for Vietnam, Japan and beyond.
FPT currently has nearly 5,000 employees of 28 nationalities in Japan, supported by 15,000 employees serving Japanese customers worldwide.
