TOKYO, Japan – Global leading IT service provider FPT, through its Japanese subsidiary, has been awarded the highest “Best Workplace” title at the D&I AWARD 2025. This marks the second consecutive year FPT has received this honor, reaffirming its dedication to cultivating an inclusive workplace for every employee.

Organized by JobRainbow Inc., Japan's leading platform for LGBTQ+ employment, the D&I AWARD represents the country's most prestigious recognition of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). It evaluates companies on practical initiatives related to gender, LGBTQ+, disability, multicultural coexistence, and childcare and elderly care by using a proprietary index called “Diversity Score”.

This year, FPT has accelerated its inclusion efforts in Japan by launching active employee communities, expanding opportunities for employees with disabilities, and fostering an inclusive organizational culture. These actions, rooted in FPT’s motto "Diversity is the Engine of Innovation", reflect the commitment to empowering every individual to work confidently, maximize their potential, and drive both corporate growth and societal transformation.

The company will further promote awareness and education, establish inclusive internal processes, and implement bottom-up measures to ensure that all employees can work authentically and reach their full potential. By leveraging diverse perspectives as a driver of smarter decision-making and innovation, FPT remains dedicated to creating a workplace that not only benefits its people but also contributes to a more inclusive society.

“Guided by the belief that diversity drives innovation, FPT is committed to building an environment where everyone can fully demonstrate their abilities,” said Do Van Khac, Senior Executive Vice President, FPT Software, and Chief Executive Officer, FPT Japan, FPT Corporation. "This recognition underscores the progress we have made and our continued focus on diverse perspectives and a culture that fosters innovation," he added.

With nearly 5,000 professionals of 28 nationalities in Japan, supported by 15,000 employees serving Japanese customers worldwide, FPT continues to embed diversity and inclusion into the very DNA of its culture.
