FPT’s AI-powered pharmacy consulting solution, Flezi Flow, has officially entered commercial deployment across Australasia. Developed for one of Australia’s largest medication management and pharmacy platforms, the solution now supports more than 3.7 million active users and connects patients with approximately 95% of pharmacies in Australia. The rollout further strengthens FPT’s healthcare footprint in the region and reflects the company’s broader push to scale AI-first healthcare solutions.

Flezi Flow belongs to the growing AI Scribe category, a technology increasingly adopted by healthcare systems worldwide to automate documentation and standardize records between healthcare professionals and patients. Built for pharmacy professional services, the solution modernizes consultation workflows that have long depended on heavy manual documentation, helping reduce administrative burden across services such as medication reviews, vaccinations, minor ailments, and basic care support.

Acting as an AI-assisted consultation companion, Flezi Flow captures conversations between healthcare professionals and patients and converts speech to text in real time through AWS Transcribe. It then identifies and structures clinically relevant information from each interaction to support automatic form completion, helping professionals review, validate, and finalize records more efficiently while retaining control of the process.

Within that workflow, Flezi Flow automatically generates consultation summaries in SOAP format, structuring records around Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan, a widely used framework in healthcare documentation. This standardized structure improves clarity, consistency, and ease of review, while laying a stronger foundation for future integration with broader and more resilient healthcare systems.

The platform also supports intelligent data extraction, turning key details such as medications, medical history, allergies, and demographics into structured inputs that can be suggested directly within relevant forms. This helps streamline documentation without disrupting clinical judgment, with healthcare professionals retaining final control and security built in through an AI-assisted, human-controlled model, AES-256 encryption, TLS protocols, and detailed logging.

“AI is becoming a practical driver of productivity, standardization, and better care delivery, especially in areas such as clinical documentation. The milestone demonstrates FPT’s ability to turn strategic AI investments into real products for regulated healthcare environments, creating a stronger foundation for wider adoption of FPT-developed AI solutions worldwide,” said Tran Dinh Cung, Director of Digital Health Management, FPT Software, FPT Corporation.

With nearly 20 years of domain expertise, FPT has become a trusted partner to leading healthcare organizations worldwide, delivering digital solutions across healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and health insurance to support operational excellence and better patient care.
