FPT has achieved Great Place To Work® certification across Thailand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. This multi-market recognition highlights the company’s commitment and continuous progress in workplace development and people empowerment.

FPT was recognized by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviors. The qualification process evaluated employee feedback across several criteria, including Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie. In Hong Kong, 94% of employees affirmed FPT as a great place to work, marking a new high for the company in employee satisfaction. This positive feedback was mirrored in other key markets, with 76% in Taiwan and 74% in Thailand.
The results were driven by FPT’s excellence in several critical areas, notably providing adequate resources for people development, and cultivating a friendly, collaborative, and inspiring working environment globally. With a young and dynamic workforce comprising 50% of Generation Z, FPT empowers its employees through challenging and purposeful missions, fostering a sense of ownership and trust. This brings the company’s attrition rate to the lowest in the market, at 9%, reflecting a long-term career commitment from its employees.

"Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience. By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that FPT stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees across Asia,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work.

FPT continuously reinforces its commitment to building a happy workplace. This commitment is reflected in ongoing initiatives, including the application of AI-assisted tools for workforce upskilling and productivity growth, extending care to employees’ families, and fostering a workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion for all. The company has recently maintained its recognition at the D&I Award through its Japanese subsidiary for two consecutive years, following several Best Places to Work™ and Best Workplaces in Asia™ accolades in previous years.
