In Hong Kong, 94% of employees affirmed FPT as a great place to work, marking a new high for the company in employee satisfaction. This positive feedback was mirrored in other key markets, with 76% in Taiwan and 74% in Thailand.

With a young and dynamic workforce comprising 50% of Generation Z, FPT empowers its employees through challenging and purposeful missions, fostering a sense of ownership and trust.
