The Premier status is the second-highest tier, recognizing partners with a proven track record of competency, capability, and customer success across ServiceNow implementations. This elevated partnership brings together FPT’s deep process expertise, workflow automation know-how, and technical proficiency with the full power of the ServiceNow AI platform—spanning IT service management, customer service, HR service delivery, and workflow automation.
