Global IT corporation FPT announced a strategic reseller partnership with Talkdesk, a global leader in customer experience automation (CXA), to jointly accelerate the adoption of Talkdesk’s Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) solutions and enable scalable, cloud-native contact center transformation at speed and scale across the Asia-Pacific region.

Under the agreement, FPT will become Talkdesk’s preferred reseller and professional services partner in APAC, delivering end-to-end capabilities from solution advisory and implementation to system integration and post–go-live operations. Both sides will leverage Talkdesk’s cloud contact center platform to address APAC’s growing enterprise demand for flexible, AI-enabled customer experience solutions.
Leveraging its global delivery capabilities, deep domain expertise, and strong global presence, FPT will support customers throughout their contact center transformation journeys, while Talkdesk provides a modern, cloud-native platform designed to integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. Drawing on extensive experience delivering large-scale technology programs across industries such as financial services, healthcare, travel, and retail, FPT will also provide end-to-end services covering deployment, customization, integration, and ongoing optimization to ensure long-term performance and scalability.
“Enterprises across APAC are increasingly prioritizing cloud-based customer engagement platforms as part of broader digital transformation initiatives,” said Nguyen Khai Hoan, FPT Software SEVP and FPT Americas CEO, FPT Corporation. “As an AI-First company, FPT is strengthening our ability to meet this demand, combining a modern, cloud-native contact center platform with our AI-first capabilities. Through our partnership with Talkdesk, we aim to support regional companies to transform customer experience operations with greater intelligence, agility, resilience, and scale.”
The partnership is initially focused on the APAC region, where both companies see strong growth potential. Building on successful market adoption and delivery milestones, the collaboration is expected to scale further, with a long-term ambition to extend joint go-to-market efforts into Europe and the Americas and deepen product-level collaboration.
