Primary care is increasingly digital, but some of its biggest inefficiencies still sit at the handoff points between systems, teams, and patients. FPT and Foundry Health will host Agentic Ecosystems in Primary Care, an exclusive roundtable in Sydney bringing together leaders across healthcare delivery, operations, and technology to explore how agentic AI could connect these fragmented workflows and where it can create practical value across the care network.

 

During the session, healthcare leaders will explore real-world applications through a live demonstration, facilitated discussion, and use-case prioritisation. The conversation will also examine how intelligent agents can reduce administrative burden and improve coordination, the points at which human oversight must remain central, as well as the organisational requirements across data, integration, governance, and clinical safety needed to move responsibly from experimentation to deployment.
